摘要
以国产某轿车为研究对象,建立了其动力总成悬置系统的三维动力学模型并推导出系统的动力学分析方程.以悬置的性能参数为设计变量,以固有频率的合理配置和振动传递率最小为目标函数,对动力总成悬置系统进行了优化设计,从而有效地降低了轿车怠速工况下的振动。
A three-dimension dynamic model of powertrain mount system of a car made in china is set up and the dynamic analysis equation of the system is made. Optimal design of powertrain mount parameters as variables and with both rational disposition of intrinsic frequency and minimum transmitting rate of vibration as objective functions. Then the vibration of car under its idle working condition is reduced effectively and the experiment validation of a real car is completed.
