摘要
文章以全国电网大联网为背景,为了在更大范围内实现资源优化配置,实现更大容量的南北水火调剂,同时为解决远期河南一次能源缺口,故对河南与山西电网联网进行了初步研究。作者认为,与河南相邻的山西省煤炭资源丰富,具有较大规模的煤电送出能力,河南与山西电网联网可充分利用山西的煤电资源,实现与华中水电的大容量调剂,并解决河南远期一次能源缺乏的问题。河南、山西电网联网具体有750kV方案、500kV方案两种选择。
In order to realize the optimization of resource in wide scope, realize the relief of waterpower and firepower with more larger capability, and solve the shortage of primary energy sources of Henan, this article make primary study on the interconnection of power networks between Henan and Shanxi under the background of national interconnection. The author think that Shanxi province which is adjacent to Henan is rich in coal's resource, and it has the capability of large_scale firepower sendout, the interconnection of power networks between Henan and Shanxi can make full use of the coal resource of Shanxi, and resolve the shortage of primary energy sources of Henan. There are two specific projects of the interconnection of power networks between Henan and Shanxi can be chosen:750kV project and 500kV project.
