摘要
二次大战以后,传统国际法体系受到冲击。联合国组织在国际法的变革和发展中发挥了重要作用。联合国的立法涉及内容十分广泛,包括国际关系的各个方面。但国际立法的特点和联合国组织的性质使联合国立法活动受到制约。广大中小国家热切要求加强国际立法工作,希望联合国立法活动取得新的进展。
Since the end
of the Second World War,the system of traditional International Law has been under
impact.The United Nations Organization has played an important role in the evolu-
tion and transformation of International Law.International law-making in the UN co-
vers a wide range of areas,including all facts of international relations.However,
efforts by the UN in its international Law-making are constrained by the unique features of such activities and the nature of the UNO.Many small and medium-sized countries
are ur gently for the strengthening of international law-making and hope to see further
progress in this respect.
