This paper explains the way to evauate the dimensional components of the social and psychological climate in the business group.The finding showsthat there are ten main dimensions.Inaddition,the type of climate in a certaingroup can be distinguished accordingto the person-to-person relationship,unity and contradictions in it.Therehas been proposed in the study the ob-jective indexes to distinguish advancedand unadvanced groups,and the effectiveway to manage teams and groups.
