进度控制工作已成为影响建设项目成败和效益的关键因素。本文首先对影响项目施工进度的各种因素进行分类和总结,随后阐述了工程施工进度控制的控制原理和控制程序,最终提出了具体、有效的施工进度控制措施。
Schedule control is a vital factor that influences the success or failure and benefits of construction project. This paper firstly categorizes and summarizes various influencing factors of construction schedule, then illustrates the theory and process of schedule control and finally comes up with specific and effective measures.
