摘要
房地产价格的变化对政府、开发商和消费者都会产生重大的影响,因此对房地产价格进行研究具有重要的意义。本文从理论上分析了房地产价格的影响因素,认为各因素是通过改变房地产的供求关系,进而影响房地产价格的。并且,基于灰色系统理论对房地产价格的各因素和房地产价格进行关联度分析。
The change of real estate price is important to government,real estate companies and customers.So it is essential to study it.This paper analyzes theory the affective factors,and puts forward that the factor work on the price by changing relation between supply and demand.Further more,it anlyzes the factors and the price in the Grey Incidence Anlysis with real case.
