摘要
房地产行业在规范发展过程中,房地产开发企业因实力、规模或资源等的限制,存在多家企业联合开发房地产项目的情况。本文试从合作博弈的角度对房地产开发企业间的联盟和利益分配加以分析,确定最终的收益如何在各个企业间进行分配。
In the process of the regulated development of the real estate industry,restrained by the strength,the scale and resources of the real estate development enterprises,many enterprises joint to develop projects.This paper analyzes the union and the benefit allocation between enterprises by the cooperative game then makes sure how the benefit eventually will be allocated.
