摘要
邓小平发展观的要义包括:从国情出发审视中国的发展问题;在对外开放中谋国内发展;运用唯物辩证法认识和处理发展中的若干重要关系,经济发展的数量与质量、速度与效益的关系,一部分地区、一部分人先发展和富裕起来与共同发展、共同富裕的关系,经济发展与社会发展、物质文明建设与精神文明建设的关系等。
The importance of Deng Xiaoping's developing view includes: looking closely at the issue of the development in China; seeking the development in China in the opening to foreign countries; with materialist dialectics, understanding and dealing with a number of important relationships - between the quantity of economic development and its quality, speed and benefit, developing and becoming rich in partial of areas and people and its general conditions in total, economic developing and social developing, the building of material civilization and the building of spirital civilization.
