摘要
随着三峡工程由建设期向运行期的转变,三峡库区以小流域为单元的环境友好型的经济发展模式及生态规划十分重要。以景观生态规划的理论方法为指导,运用地理信息系统(GIS)技术,对三峡库区兰陵溪小流域的地形、土地利用状况及景观格局进行分析,并结合经济统计资料,提出了小流域景观格局优化与生态规划。研究表明兰陵溪小流域面积的99.5%不适于农耕活动,景观格局破碎化且人类活动影响广泛,目前需要改造的用地类型以农业用地、裸地和未分类地为主,面积占总体的28.11%,原有林地结构也需作一定调整。规划后的总体结构通过地带性森林的恢复、农业用地向经济林的改造、两类经济林建设,增加了景观基质比例,连结散布的斑块形成廊道,加强景观间的连接度,优化了景观结构并提出规划生态观光采摘园来带动经济,为三峡库区小流域生态单元提供一种参考规划方式。
Environment-friendly development pattern of economy and ecological planning in watersheds,the basic ecological units of the Three Gorges Reservoir,are crucial in transferring times of the Three Gorges Project from construction period to function period.This paper presented a case study of analyzing the landscape pattern and ecological planning in the Lanlingxi watershed by evaluating natural and terrain conditions,land use types,landscape pattern and income with geographic information system(GIS) technology and in the guide of theories of landscape ecological planning.The study shows that,99.5% of areas in the watershed are not suitable for farming,the landscape pattern fragments and human activities affects in a wide range.Cultivated land,bare land and unclassified areas which take up 28.11% of the whole lands are the main types to be changed,and the forest structure will be adjusted too.Through zonal forest vegetation restoration,reconstructing cultivated land to economic forest and two types of economic forest construction,the landscape matrix proportion will increase,sparse ecological forest patches will be linked as corridors,landscape pattern will be optimized,and the eco-tourism picking gardens will be suggested to build to promote economic development.The planning provides an example of watersheds' planning in the Three Gorges Reservoir,which has a great significance in the practice in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
