摘要
产业创新系统是介于企业和国家创新系统的中间组织环节,对于世界经济和政治体系的发展具有重要的中观作用。本文从复杂系统理论角度说明了产业创新系统的自组织特性;分析了其创新过程的不稳定性、分岔、突变和随机"涨落"等特征和组织方式,探讨了其自组织进化机制;结合演化经济学理论和系统动力学研究方法,构建了产业创新系统自组织进化的动力模型,并对模型的稳定性和演化趋势进行分析;随后以我国通信产业进化发展为例进行了相关案例分析。此研究旨在将自然科学研究方法应用于社会科学研究领域,对产业创新系统的进化机制及动力进行新的尝试研究。
Industrial technology innovation system is the intermediary organizations links enterprises and national innovation system which is an important development role of the world economy and political system.From the perspective of system theory this paper illuminated the self-organization characteristics of industrial innovation system and analyzed the self-organization mechanisms of the innovation process and characteristics of instability,the multiplicity,the sudden change and stochastic 'the fluctuation' and constructs the self-organization evolution mechanism models of industrial innovation system,then carried on the analysis of the stability and the evolution tendency.These models had realized the integration of the natural sciences and the social sciences,and developed a new attempt for studying on the process of the industrial innovation system.
