摘要
本文基于资源观、核心能力、交易费用和联盟等理论,以钢铁生产服务企业为例,运用案例研究的方法论探讨了下游企业对服务集成商依赖的原因和影响因素,研究表明对于较大型的客户企业而言,资源和供应能力以及与下游企业的战略匹配较为重要,而对小型客户企业有显著影响的因素是资源和供应能力和需求管理。
In this paper,based on the resource based view,core capability,transaction cost theory and alliance theory,case study method is adopted to analyze why and how the downstream enterprise depend on service integrator with interview of different type of steeling making plant and the service provider.We obtain some useful conclusions.For large enterprise,the important factors are resources and supply capability,strategy fit.While for small enterprise,resources and supply capability as well as demand management play an important role to supplier's competitiveness.
