摘要
由美国次贷危机引发的金融危机愈演愈烈,从金融领域蔓延到实体经济,并影响到世界主要国家和地区,造成全球性经济下滑。高新技术产业因其自主创新和竞争力以及国家产业政策的支持,对金融危机的影响有较强的抵抗能力,同时,高新技术产业由于其自身的高外向性、高风险性和高收入弹性使其更容易受到全球经济下滑的冲击,使其在出口、融资和产出等方面都面临下滑,需要通过提高企业自主创新能力、加大财政投入和加快产业集群建设等措施进行有效应对。
By the U.S.sub-loan crisis of the financial crisis intensified,spreaded from the financial sector to the entity economy,and affects the world major country and the area,caused the global economy to slide.Because the independent innovation and competitiveness of High-tech industries,as well as the support of the national industrial policy,there is a strong resistance to financial crisis.At the same time,because its own high extroversion,high risks and the high revenue flexibility,cause it easier to be under the impact of the global economic slides,caused its export,finance and deliver to slides.It needs the high-tech industry to improve the capability of independent innovation,financial input and speed up the construction of industrial to deal with the financial crisis.
