摘要
民主意识包括民主心理和民主思想 (理论 )两个层次。民主意识的强弱 ,不仅关系到个人权利 ,而且涉及民族大业 ,它是民族智慧和创造力的源泉 ,是社会主义民主政治发展的助推器。培育民主意识 ,必须重塑政治精神 ,传播科学文化 ,发展社会主义市场经济 ,创新政治制度 ,注重民主实践效果。
Democratic ideology includes two aspects at different levels: democratic psychology and democratic theory .It is the source of the nation's intelligence and creativity and the booster to the development of socialism democratic politics. In order to cultivate democratic ideology, it is necessary to reconstruct political spirit, spread scientific knowledge, develop socialism market economy, make innovations in political system and attach importance to the effect of democracy practice.
