摘要
The difficulty of re-employment for laid-offwomen workers and the difficulty ofemployment of college women graduates figureprominently in labor employment-an issue ofcommon concern to society at large. With thetheory of labor market discrimination and thetheory of human resources as the background,this article analyses the particularities ofwomen’s employment and the mechanism oftheir emergence in China and offers somemeasures for the resolution of this question.
