摘要
职前准备能力是弱智学生走入社会、参加工作必备的能力，针对弱智学生职前准备能力的工作愿望、简单技能准备、工作常识、工作社交、工作人格各项目进行研究发现：进行职前准备能力训练的比不进行训练的效果更好。
Pre vocational ability is necessary for retarded pupils to enter the society and take jobs.Through the research on relevant groups in terms of work desire,simple preparation for working skills,common sense on some professions,social intercourse and attitude towards work,two points have been found:①The group which has been trained pre vocationally is better than reference group.②It is necessary to develop the pre vocational ability of mentally retarded pupils.
