摘要
本文简要回顾江苏省小城镇发展的历史，分析比较小城镇的相关理论及江苏的实践，对近年来江苏省制定有关小城镇发展的政策进行分析和评估，提出江苏省小城镇发展的理论支持和重点，并讨论一些对策。最后对小城镇的规划和建设提出了一些建议。
This thesis starts with a brief introduction of the history of the little towns in Jiang Su Province. It then compares and analyzes theories about small towns and their practice in Jiang Su. By analyzing and evaluating the policies set by Jiang Su Provinec, the thesis sums up theorios supporting the development of small towns, emphasizes key problems worth attention and discusses policies that help to solve problems arising in the developing process. At last,the thesis gives some suggestions on the programming and construction of small towns.
