本文详细阐述了面向21世纪的本科会计教育的指导思想，本科会计教育的培养目标，会计类本科专业方向设置，会计类本科生培养的教学内容，会计类本科教育的教学方式。
This paper aims at expounding the guiding ideology, training objectives, courses andteaching forms of the accounting education for the undergraduates in the coming 21st century.
