摘要
腐败问题已经成为困扰世界各国的世纪难题。寻求良好的治理方式、建立廉洁政府是各国共同的愿望。该文在对《联合国反腐败公约》所突显的反腐败治理国际合作潮流以及中国当前反腐败治理所面临挑战的分析基础上,指出以《公约》为契机,加强反腐败治理的国际合作既是我国必然的选择,更是一种明智的选择。
Corruption has been the central problem that troubles many countries. Seeking good governance means and building upright Government are common wishes of every country. Based on the analyses of the international cooperation of anti-corruption governance demonstrated by the United Nations Anti-corruption Convention and of China's current challenges during the anti-corruption process, this article points out that it is an inevitable choice to make good use of the opportunity offered by the convention to enhance the anti-corruption cooperation. Finally, the article makes further inquiry into the countermeasures as to how to go with the international cooperation of combating corruption.
