摘要
介绍了山东省体育俱乐部的现状、发展进程、类型、作用与地位。山东省体育俱乐部面临的主要问题是：１）权属关系混乱，审批程序不清，不利于其长远发展；２）管理体制不顺，缺乏制度化、规范化和法规化，将影响其健康成长；３）自我发展、自我完善的意识不强，自身造血功能不足，致使部分俱乐部举步维艰。最后提出了推动山东体育俱乐部进一步发展的建议。
This study introduces the current situation,development,types,functions and status of shandong province athletic clubs.The major problems of the clubs lie in:(1) the relations between the authority and possession are in disorder,and there are no clear distinction in examination and approval procedures,which are unfavorable to their development,(2) the administrative system lacks systematization,standardization and laws,which will influence their growth (3) lacks in consciousness of self-developing make some clubs walk with much difficulty.At the end of this strudy,the authors put forward the suggestions for further development of Shandong athletic clubs.
