摘要
建国以来,尤其是改革开放之后,新疆各方面事业得到长足发展,但新疆的稳定和发展依然面临诸多挑战。文本主要阐述百余年以来新疆反分裂斗争中的六个问题:分裂活动是20世纪以来新疆历史发展中一股浊流;百年来新疆地区分裂与反分裂斗争的历史分期和发展阶段;要打一场反恐的人民战争;治疆,新疆干部是关键;文化认同与国家认同;必须坚持实事求是的思想路线。文本所涉问题既有纵向历史的考察,也有宏观的战略思考,这些问题都是反对分裂、打击恐怖、维护稳定、和谐发展当代新疆治理的现实任务,也是研究者思考的责任之所在。
Xinjiang has seen substantial progress in all sectors but its stability and development is confronted with a lot of chal- lenges.The essay, citing six issues in anti-split struggle for a century in an attempt to analyses strategy: split activity has been a turbid stream since 20th century in its historical development; historical period division and development stage in split and anti-split strug- gle; a anti-terrorism people's war to be fought; borderland control to matter with cadres in ethnic groups; cultural identity and nation- al identity; seeking-truth- from- facts ideological line. The essay deals with issues involved in both historical survey and macro strategic thought. These issues are about contemporary realistic tasks to be fulfilled in fighting against split and terrorism and main- taining stability and harmonious development and a part of obligation for researchers' reflection.
