摘要
化学实验需要消耗大量高纯度水 ,可以利用离子交换树脂进行自来水净化处理。通过阳离子树脂和阴离子树脂交换容量的测定 ,确定了混和柱内的最佳装料比例为 1 .2 5。实验表明 ,自来水只有经过阳柱—阴柱—混合柱处理才能得到合格的去离子水。实验装置的实际运行效果是387.5L/h ,并估算出该装置的再生服务年限为两年。经检验制取的高纯度水中Cl-、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 含量均合格 ,电导率为 1 .8μs/cm ,符合化学实验要求 。
Quantity of pure water was used in chemical experiment.In this thesis,we took adantage of ion exchange resin to purify tap water and introduced its procedure in production .After treatment,the deion water contents,such as Cl -、Ca 2+ 、Mg 2+ were at the standard level and conductance rate was 1.8μs/cm,can meet the requirement of chemical test and the cost of purification is lower.
