摘要
该文提出建立现代企业制度需要培育高层次的企业文化及培育高层次企业文化的途径。
The paper maintains that the establishment of the modern enterprise system makes it necessary to develop a higher-leveled enterprise culture and it also points out the ways to develop such a culture.
