摘要
讨论开发经理信息系统过程中的一些基本问题．首先讨论了经理工作的内容和性质，然后研究了利用原型法开发经理信息系统应注意的问题。
This paper discusses some basic problems about the development of executive information systems(EIS).The nature of executive work is first discussed.Then,some basic problems in the planning and implementation of EIS with the prototyping approach are studied.The design problem of user interface of EIS is also discussed.
