摘要
教师的教学效能感是教师对自己影响学生学习行为和学习成绩的能力的主观判断 ,已有的研究表明 ,它与教师的教学效果、学生的学习状况之间存在着密切的关系。本文是我们对教师教学效能感研究的初步总结 ,全文共分五部分 ,分别为 :1教师教学效能感的含义及其理论与实践的来源 ;2教师教学效能感的结构分析 ;3教师教学效能感的作用机制 ;4教师教学效能感的影响因素分析 ;
Teachers' sense of teaching efficacy is defined as teachers' belief in their influence on students' behavior and academic achievement.It is a variable contributing a lot to the teaching effectiveness. Based on our previous research results, this study was designed to analyze the structure and determinants of the teaching efficacy and to develop training procedures. This article consisted of the following six parts : 1. definition of teachers' sense of teaching efficacy, and its theoretical and practical origins;2. structural analysis of teachers' efficacy;3.mechanism and function of teachers' sense of teaching efficacy; 4. analysis of its influencing factors; 5. development of teachers' sense of teaching efficacy; 6. training procedure of teachers' sense of teaching efficacy.
