摘要
企业生产系统在企业中的地位变得日益重要。相应地,如何选择适当地生产库存管理技术也成为企业领导者面临的重要问题。本文对近三十年来出现的三种生产库存管理技术MRP、JIT、TOC进行了比较研究,并提出了一种组合MRP、JIT、TOC的方法模式。
篜roduction Systems are playing more and more important roles in manufac-turing companies.Managers are also being confronted these days with an array of new sys-tems to improve production efficiency. During the last 25 years,three important ap-proaches──materials requirements planning(MRP),kanban(JIT),and theorv of con-straints(TOC)──have invaded operations planning and control in quick successio, oneafter the other.This paper seeks to provide plant manages and researches with a compara-tive assessment of the three principal systems,and develops a new thinking──a combina-tion of three approaches above,which is probably the best solution.
