摘要
本文以决策科学理论为基础,认为决策是有限理性的,这种有限理性表现在有限知识、有限时间、有限注意力和不确定性条件等方面。为了使决策更为合理,决策者需要咨询。咨询的过程是决策者与咨询者行为互动的过程,而满意的咨询是指决策者与咨询者都满意的咨询。要达到满意的咨询,决策者需要充分考虑到自己的和咨询者的利益。本文利用鼓励性对策的数学模型,对决策者与咨询者的互动关系作了简化的描述。一方面,通过数学模型可以彻底了解咨询过程,另一方面,决策者可以通过适当的诱导策略,引导咨询者,达到满意的咨询。
篛n the decision science,the rational decision is bounded with knowledge,time,concentration and uncertainty condition。 The rational decision needs consulting for the de-cision-maker.It is an inter-active process between decision-maker and copsulting-offer inthe whole process of consuIting.The satisfy consulting is defined as satisfing each other ofdecision-maker and consulting-offer.It is necessary for the decision-maker to considerthe interests of consulting-offer as well as himself.A mathematical model,which used in-centive control theory,is employed to describe the inter-active process betweendecision-ma ker a nd co nsulting-offer. It becomes more clearly in the consulting processthrough the model.To reach the satisfy consult,the decision- maker can find the proper in-centive strategy to induce the consulting-offer by the model。
