摘要
本文围绕我国人事测评研究与应用中存在的方法论问题,结合人事心理学理论与方法的最新发展,讨论了人事测评效度验证的若干模型与具体方法。文章在此基础上提出了人事测评效度验证的多方法途径及其对人力资源管理的意义。
This article focuses on the methodological issues in the research and applications of personnel assessment in China. Based on the latest developments in theories and methods of personnel psychology, several models and specific techniques for the validation of per-sonnel assessment are discussed. In addition, a multi -method approach to the validation and its implications for human resource management are highlighted.
