摘要
大藏经及流通于世的佛教资料中,均未见《水月观音经》之名。笔者在《敦煌水月观音像》一文中,曾为不知敦煌遗书P.2055尾题所提到的《水月观音经》的下落而遗憾。拙作发表不久,《敦煌研究》1987年第2期刊布刘国展、李桂英先生的《天津艺术博物馆藏敦煌遗书目录》,知该《水月观音经》保存在天津艺术博物馆,馆编第4532号(下称津4532号)。
The author has studied the figures of Avalokitesvara watching the Moonlight in the Water in dunhuang murals(General 10, Dunhuang Research). There is a forged Buddhist sutra named 'Sutra of Avalokitesvara Watehing the Moonlight in the Water'founded in Dunhuang Mss, how stored in the Art Museum of Tianjin. The author recognized that the forged sutra was an excerpt of the 'Sutra of Thousand——hand Avalokitesvara', and it related to both the Esoteric Sect and Avalokitesvara belief.
