摘要
乙腈(CH_3CN)是溶解四氰基奎诺二甲烷铜(CuTCNQ)粉末最多的溶剂,CuTCNQ/CH_3溶液具有TCNQ^-阴离子自由基特征吸收.按分光光度法,用标准曲线测得CuTCNQ的CH_3CN饱和溶液浓度为2.47×10^(-4)mol.外加电场作用下,溶液在744nm和395nm处的吸光度值随时间而变现象,反映了CuTCNQ/CH_3CN溶液中的离子迁移性质及电极上的氧化还原反应,进一步证实CuTCNQ在电场作用下可由完全离子型向离子、电子混合型材料转变,能够用于制作传感器及其他器件.
So far acetonitrile (CH3CN) is the best solvent for Copper-Tetra-cyanoquinodimethane (CuTCNQ) by observation of many organic solvent were tested. CuTCNQ in CH3CN solution showed the characteristic absorption of TCNQ anion radical. In diluted solution, the absorbance was found to be linear to concentration although there exists an equilibrium oi monomer TCNQ with small quantity of dimer TCNQ. The concentration of saturated solution of CuTCNQ/CH3CN was thus determined, 2.47×10-4 mol. The spectrophotometry was applied to electrochemical investigation of the CuTCNQ solution. When an external electric field was exerted to the solution, the absorbance at 744 nm and 395 nm varied with the time, being due to ion migration and redox reactions on electrodes.
