摘要
选健康9月龄五龙鹅32只,随机等分为4组,分别在各组饲喂的基础日粮中添加含量为120(A组)、190(B组)、250(C组)和310(D组)g/kg的墨西哥玉米干草粉。采用肛门收粪法进行消化代谢试验,检测粪便中的粗蛋白(CP)和氨基酸(AA),确定其消化率,以探讨不同纤维素含量的结构日粮对五龙鹅消化吸收的影响。结果表明,在代谢能(ME)与CP摄入量一致的情况下,随着纤维素水平的升高,组间净蛋白利用率差异不显著(P>0.05);C、D组与A、B组相比,必需氨基酸(除亮氨酸外)消化率显著(P<0.05)下降。五龙鹅能够耐受高粗纤维(CF)饲粮,而净蛋白利用率不受影响。
Thirty-two nine-month old Wulong geese were selected and were equally divided into four groups.Euchsaena mexicana Schrad was added to basic diet,and the contents were 120 (group A),190 (group B),250 (group C) and 310 (group D) g/kg.Adopting anus fecal method to determine Wulong geese's digestibility of CP and AA,in order to find the effect of Wulong geese's digestibility under the diet of different content of crude fiber (CF).The result suggested that,under feeding respectively the isocaloric and the same content of CP,the diversity of NPU was not significant among the four groups (P>0.05).The rate of EAA digestibility among the four groups had significant difference (P<0.01) and declined gradually.Wulong goose could endure high CF concentration diet,while the digestibility of CP got no infection.
