摘要
成本工程是从系统工程的角度构建的一种现代成本管理模式。该模式的一般架构可由成本战略工程、成本战术工程和成本信息工程构成,这三个子系统按一定的规则、一定的结构联系在一起有序地组合成特定的成本工程系统。各子系统内部同样有两个以上的要素存在,这些要素同样是按一定的规则、一定的结构联系在一起有序地组合成各自的子系统。
Cost Project is a modern cost management model which is established in a sense of system project.. Generally, this model is consisted of cost strategic project, cost tactical project, and cost information project. The three sub-systems are connected by certain rules and structures, and organized in order. Under each system, there are more than two elements, which are also connected and organized in the same way.
