摘要
通过对中国房地产金融进一步改革发展面临问题的分析,提出了今后中国房地产金融改革发展的取向。
The problems that we are facing on the procedure of reforming of real estate in China are discussed, and the direction of the reforming development of real estate in China is proposed finally.
