热应力缓和型梯度材料的计算机辅助设计系统 被引量:1

摘要 基于热弹塑性力学的有关理论 ,建立了轴对称热应力缓和型连续组分梯度材料 (FGM)的分析模型。在此基础上 ,开发出了基于有限元软件 Marc的计算机辅助设计系统 FGMMARC。FGMMARC实行参数化建模 ,自动生成前处理数据文件 ,然后调用 Marc的计算模块进行计算 ,由计算结果判断是否需要改变参数进行下一轮计算。 FGMMARC的作用在于能够通过改变 FGM的各项设计参数来实现残余应力和工作应力在 FGM中的分布达到最优。还给出了一个设计实例 ,该实例表明 FGMMARC操作简便 。 The analysis model used for calculation of thermal stress in axisymmetric FGM is established based on the thermo-elastic-plastic mechanics with assumptions. Using FGM and Visual Basic 6.0 for Windows, FGMMARC is established based on FEA software MSC Marc 2001. The optimum distribution of thermal stress in FGM can be realized by any of the relative parameters with FGMMARC and thus the optimum parameters of FGM design are determined. An example was given in this paper.
