摘要
以活性石灰为研究对象 ,用 SEM等技术 ,研究了石灰的煅烧工艺、微观结构与活性度之间的关系 ,探讨了生产活性石灰的机理及影响石灰活性的因素。结果表明 :石灰石中 Ca CO3晶体的发育程度以及杂质的含量、煅烧工艺等对石灰的活性有较大的影响。温度过高或保温时间过长 ,会使氧化钙晶体发育完好 ,会使石灰的活性降低。最佳的煅烧工艺制度为 115 0℃保温 30 m in。
The relationship between calcining technology、microstructure and activity of lime were studied using SEM. The mechanism of producing active lime and influencing factors on activity were treated. The results show that exorbitant temperature or over insulating will impel the CaO crystallizing completely and thus reduce the activity of lime. In our experiments, the optimum calcining technology is at 1 150 ℃ maintaining it for 30 min.
