对攀钢钛矿渣生产实心砖和混凝土空心砌块的可行性进行了研究 ,研究结果表明石灰、煅烧石膏、粉煤灰混合掺入时对钛矿渣的活性激发效果最好。微观分析也证明此时钛矿渣积极地参与了反应。在此基础上获得了用于开发钛矿渣实心砖和混凝土空心砌块所用胶结料的最优配合比 ,用该胶结料可以生产强度达 MU10的实心砖和空心率为 5 0 %、强度达
The availability of activating the reactivity of titanium bearing slag (TBS) and using it to produce new wall materials were studied. The test results showed that the gypsum has good activating effects to TBS. However, when burned gypsum and fly ash are put together, the activating effects are better than the former. The microstructure analysis confirms that in this case, the TBS actively takes part in chemical reaction. The optimum mix proportion of binder is obtained. Using this binder, the brick and concrete hollow block with strength of MU10 can be produced successfully.
