摘要
在阐明现代竞争方式已发生根本性变化的基础上 ,指明了合作伙伴关系对于合作企业和供应链运作的极其重要的作用 ,指出供应链企业间的合作是建立在他们之间理性博弈分析基础之上的 ,最终选择合作是供应链运行的基础。论述了产品价值增值和企业间利润分配的概念、特点及其相互关系 。
Based on the modern competition′s fundamental change, this paper discussed the importance of cooperation and fellowship with regards to cooperate-enterprise and supply chain. It also pointed out that the cooperation is based on rational game and is essential to the operation of supply chain. The characters of products′ increment of value, allocation of benefit and the relationship between each other were discussed. According to the character of increment of value, the model of allocation of benefit is being analysed.
