摘要
田径运动成绩大致受体能素质、技术水平、心理状态三部分因素制约,而心理训练是当前训练中的一个相对薄弱环节,重视和研究心理训练对运动水平的提高有着特殊的重要作用。本文结合运动训练的时序特点,重点论述了田径运动员赛前心理训练的特点、作用和方法,对田径运动员赛前心理训练提出了设计方案。
Track and field performance is chiefly influenced by three factors: physical fitness, technical skill and mental altitude. As mental training is the weakest of the three, its research is of special importance to improving athletic performance. By taking into account the time sequence in athletic training, this paper pays special attention to studying the characteristics, function and methods of pre-competition mental training for track and field athletes, and puts forward a plan for such training.
