摘要 本文在国内首次报道了鸡群中发生的一种新的急性传染病,该病主要发生于幼龄雏鸡,主要特征为脓血痢疾和明显的肠道出血。发病率100%,死亡率3.84%~33.3%。各种微生物学和血清学试验结果表明:该病由鲍氏志贺杆菌所引起。动物攻毒试验表明该菌对雏鸡具有很强的致病作用,症状和病理变化与自然病例表现相同,攻毒后7d致死率达50%~100%。药敏试验表明该菌对喹诺酮类药物和头孢类及其他抗生素类药物均敏感,但对链霉素和环丙沙星等中度敏感。 A new acute infectious disease of flock was firstly reported in China. The disease mainly occurred in young chickens characterized by a severe pyogenic and haemorrhagic dysentery and obvious haemorrhage of the intestinal mucosa. The morbidity and the mortality in chickens caused by the disease reached 100% and 3.84%~33.3%, separately. The results of the microbiology test and serological identification indicated that the agent of the disease belongs to boydii shigella. Experiment challenge showed that the organism had a strong pathogenicity to young chickens and caused the same clinical signs and pathological lesion as did in natural cases, the mortality of chickens reached 50%~100% 7 days after attack. The antibiotic sensitivity test indicated that the isolate was highly sensitive to quinolones, cephalosporins and other routinely used antibiotics, but midding sensitive to streptomycin and ciprofloxacin etc.
