摘要
通过小型农田水利重点县建设,可从根本上改善巴林左旗农田灌溉条件,有力促进巴林左旗节水灌溉事业的发展,使巴林左旗有限的水资源得到更高效的利用,因此,左旗实施小型农田水利重点县建设也是十分必要的。本文从实际出发详细介绍了存在的问题、发展小型农田水利工程建设的必要性和资金投入建议。
Small water conservancy construction of key counties,can fundamentally improve irrigation conditions of Balinzuoqi and effectively promote the development of water- saving irrigation of Balinzuoqi,it use more efficiently of limited water resources in Balinzuoqi,therefore,it is essential of implementation of small- scale irrigation and water conservancy construction of key counties in Balinzuoqi,This paper introduces detail problems from reality and the necessity of small water conservancy construction,proposed funding recommendations.
