摘要
随着氟化学工业的日益发展,含氟废水的大量排放造成了越来越严重的环境污染问题。目前化学沉淀法因其工艺简单、成本低廉成为最普遍的含氟废水工业处理方法。现有的处理方法可以使废水最终达标排放,但是处理过程中使用的钙盐沉淀剂绝大部分不能完全反映直接被丢弃,大量的氟资源因不能有效回收而一起流失,造成了极大地资源浪费。考虑到氟资源在化工领域的重要作用,本文综合国内外最新的研究进展较全面的总结了目前常用的含氟废水处理方法,并试图探讨出一套采用新型沉淀剂除氟并对氟资源进行有效回收的新工艺。
With the development of fluorine chemistry industry,the large amount emission of fluorine containing wastewater caused serious environmental pollution. At present,the mainly domestic method to treat containing fluorine wastewater is chemical coagulation which is popular with its low cost as well as simple production process. While,there are still a lot of problems existed in the treatment progress,especially fluorine resources loss and waste. Considering about the important role the fluorine plays in the industry,it has a huge social significance to explore a new fluorine removal and recovery progress to realize the fluorine resource utilization.
