摘要
随着计算机和遥感技术的发展以及在各方面中应用的不断加强,利用遥感影像进行动态遥感监测及执法检查已被列入国土资源部针对全国各大中城市每年执法检查的一项工作内容,尤其经过近几年的实践,这项技术正日趋成熟,并取得了一系列成绩,逐渐成为每年的一项工作内容。本文结合日常工作实践,阐述了遥感监测的方法,与同行共同探讨。
With the development of the computer and remote sensing technology and the strengthening of application on land and resources management,the dynamic monitoring and inspection using remote sensing images has been included in the tasks of Ministry of Land and Resources every year in many cities.After the practice in recent years,the technology has become mature and the success has been achieved.The paper summarizes the remote sensing methods based on routine working practice.
