摘要
酶工程实验课是生物工程与生物技术专业实践教学的重要课程。从实验项目的优化、教学方式的改进、课程要求及考核标准等方面,对酶工程实验课的教学进行探究和改革。提高学生动手积极性和创新能力,为培育应用型人才的培养模式提供了新的教学模式。
The experiment of enzyme engineering is an important part of practical teaching of biological technology and biological engineering.The experiment teaching methods in enzyme engineering are explored and reformed from the aspects of optimization of experimental item,the way of experiment teaching,course requirements and criteria of assessment.The experiment teaching method which plays a good role in cultivating practical talents may improve the students’ abilities to practice and scientific research innovation.
