姜黄素逆转肥胖模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨姜黄素对肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗的治疗作用及机制。方法建立单纯性肥胖大鼠模型,用姜黄素进行干预4周,定期检测大鼠体质量、血脂、空腹血糖(FPG)和空腹胰岛素(FINS),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果①与正常组比较,模型组体重显著增加,TG、LDL、apoB、FFA、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR增高,HDL、apoA降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②与模型对照组比较,姜黄素低、高剂量组体质量增长速度减缓,TG、LDL、apoB降低,HDL、apoA升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.0l);③与模型对照组比较,姜黄素低、高剂量组FFA、insulin、HOMA-IR降低显著(P<0.05,P<0.0l),而FPG则无明显降低。结论姜黄素能够降低单纯性肥胖大鼠体质量,调节血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗。 Objective To evaluate the effect of curcumin for insulin resistance of obesity rats, and investigate it's mechanism. Methods Model rats of simple obesity was established, and then given curcumin for 4 weeks, the body weight, blood fat, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and fasting insulin(FINS) in rats were detected regularly, and Homeostasis Model Assessment-Insulin Resistance(HOMA-IR) was calculated. Results Compared with the normal group, the body weight, serum triacylglycerol(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL), apoB, free fatty acids(FFA), FPG, FINS and HOMA-IR of rats in model group were increased respectively, the high density lipoprotein(HDL) and apoA were decreased, and the differences were significant( P< 0.01). Compared with the model group, the increasing speed of body weight of rats in curcumin low-dose group, curcumin high-dose group was slowed down respectively, TG, LDL and apoB were decreased, HDL and apoA were increased, and the differences were significant( P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the FFA, FINS and HOMA-IR of rats in curcumin low-dose group, curcumin high-dose group were decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Curcumin could decrease the body weight of simple obesity rats, regulate blood fat and improve insulin resistance.
