葡萄抗白粉病与叶片四种生化物质的关系

摘要 以葡萄品种研选5号、新华1号、粉红亚都蜜和葡萄优系9307、SO4为试材,通过测定健康叶片与不同感病程度叶片中的维生素C、总糖、蛋白质以及脯氨酸含量,分析了各品种(优系)感病后生理对应指标的变化趋势,比较了供试品种(优系)健康和感病叶片中生理对应指标的差异,探讨了各生理对应指标与葡萄抗白粉病的关系。结果表明,供试品种(优系)感染白粉病后,无论是高感品种(优系)、还是低感品种(优系),叶片中的维生素C含量均有不同程度的下降,随着叶片感病程度愈来愈重,高感品种(优系)下降较快,低感品种(优系)下降幅度较小;而且不论是健康叶或是感病叶,低感品种(优系)比高感品种(优系)的维生素C含量均高。感染白粉病后叶片中蛋白质含量的变化总趋势是下降,高感优系9307感病后下降较快,粉红亚都蜜和新华1号先上升后下降;感病品种研选5号感病后下降较慢;高抗优系SO4感病初期含量下降较快,但随病情加重不再有变化;高抗优系比感病品种、感病品种比高感品种(优系)叶片中的蛋白质含量均较高。感病后叶片中总糖含量均有不同程度的降低,但高抗优系与感病品种相比差别不明显。感病后叶片中脯氨酸含量的变化总体趋势是下降,高感品种粉红亚都蜜下降幅度小,其余品种(优系)下降幅度均较大。 Taking Vitis vinifera L.cv.Yanxuan No.5,V.vinifera cv.Xinhua No.1,V.vinifera cv.Yatomi Rosa and grape excellent strain 9307,SO4 as experimental materials,by measuring the content of vitamin C,total sugar,protein and proline of healthy and disease leaves,the changing trends of corresponding indexes of each variety(excellent strain) after infection were analyzed;and the differences of corresponding indexes between healthy leaves and disease leaves were compared to explore the relationship between each physiological index and powdery mildew resistance to provide reference for disease control and breeding of disease resistant lines.The results showed that vitamin C content in tested variety(excellent strain) leaves infected by powdery mildew all decreased to some extent whatever they were high susceptible or low susceptible.When the disease became more serious,vitamin C content in high susceptible varieties(excellent strain) decreased more rapidly than low susceptible varieties.And vitamin C contents in low susceptible varieties(excellent strain) were higher than high susceptible varieties(excellent strain) in both healthy or diseased leaves.Protein content in tested variety(excellent strain) leaves infected by powdery mildew all decreased,in highly susceptible excellent strain 9307 decreased rapidly,while in V.vinifera cv.Yatomi Rosa and V.vinifera cv.Xinhua No.1 decreased;in susceptible V.vinifera cv.Yanxuan No.5 decreased slowly.Protein content in resistant excellent strain SO4 decreased when it was just infected;while later it had no significant change.The protein content was resistant excellent strain > susceptible variety> highly susceptible variety.The total sugar content of tested varieties(excellent strain) decreased after infected by powdery mildew,but it had no significant difference with resistant excellent strain and susceptible varieties.Proline content decreased after infected by powdery mildew,in highly susceptible V.vinifera cv.Yatomi Rosa,it decreased in small range,while in others decreased a lot.
