稻草基淀粉环保复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 开发基于农作物秸秆的复合材料是提高农副产品附加值,变废为宝,节约资源,保护环境的重要途径。采用热压方法制备淀粉/上段稻草粉末复合材料,研究了淀粉用量、热压温度、热压时间对复合材料拉伸、弯曲、硬度性能的影响。淀粉用量为40%,热压温度130℃,热压时间10 min,拉伸强度可达到5.19MPa。 Developing agricultural straw composite is an important way of increasing value of farm sideline products,which changes waste material into things of value,saves resource and protectes environment.The composite of upper straw powder and starch was prepared through hot pressing.The effects of starch dosage,pressing temperature and pressing time on the tensile properties,bending properties and hardness performance of composite were studied.The tensile strength reaches 5.19 MPa when the content of starch dosage was 40% and hot pressing was carried out at 130 ℃ for 10 min.
