摘要
通过水培及15 g/L NaCl胁迫处理,分别对不同高粱材料ZJK2、河农16和BT×623的发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力指数以及苗期过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行测定,探讨盐胁迫下不同高粱材料生理指标的变化,进而筛选出耐盐能力较强的品种。结果表明,盐胁迫条件下,不同高粱材料的发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力指数均受到不同程度影响;苗期的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性均出现不同程度的升高。综合各项指标分析得出3个材料中ZJK2耐盐性最好,河农16次之,BT×623最弱。
In the experiment,three sorghum varieties were cultivated with 15 g/L NaCl solution and distilled water and the germination potential,germination index,and vigor in the germination period of them were determined.A number of physiological indicators were measured at the seedling stage,including the activity of catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),the change of physiological indicators of different sorghum under salt stress were discussed to select the variety with the best salt tolerant cability.The results showed that the germination energy,germination index and seed vigor of different sorghum varieties were significantly inhibited by salt stress.The activities of antioxidant enzymes of different sorghum varieties under salt stress were significantly increased such as catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase.Taking the salt tolerance indexes of germination and seedling into account,the salt tolerance of ZJK2 was the strongest,He Nong16 was the second,and BT×623 was the weakest.
