摘要
采用X射线荧光法对食盐碘含量在线测控的系统进行设计。结果表明,该系统能够快速、无损地现场测试碘含量,并且能够实时提供食盐加碘闭环控制信号,用以对添加碘液的电磁阀进行调节,使食盐中的碘含量始终保持在规定范围之内。系统硬件部分是由单片机STC12C5616AD和上位机PC组成。单片机用来完成碘酸钾的阀门驱动控制和碘含量信号的采集,上位机则用计算机完成对碘含量的数据分析处理、显示打印等操作,并且给单片机提供电磁阀控制反馈信号。
An online monitoring system for iodine content in salt by X-ray fluorescence method was introduced.The system could not only measure the iodine content quickly and losslessly,but also supply real time closed-loop control signal to adjust electromagnetic valve so that the iodine content in salt was controlled in the prescribed scope.The hardware was composed of a micro control unit(MCU) and an upper machine(PC).The STC12C5616AD MCU was used for actuating and controlling the valve of potassium iodide,and collecting signals of iodine content in salt.The upper machine realized data analyzing,processing,displaying and printing by computer,and provided feedback electromagnetic valve control signals to MCU.The monitoring system was proved reliable by experiments.
