摘要
建立了用反相高效液相色谱法测定红毛丹(Nephelium lappaceum L.)中三氟氯氰菊酯杀菌剂残留量的方法。色谱条件:Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇∶水=75∶25(V/V)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速为0.5 mL/min,检测波长223 nm。结果表明,三氟氯氰菊酯与杂质能较好的分离,三氟氯氰菊酯在0.068~7.201μg/mL(R2=0.999 8)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.85%~100.42%,相对标准偏差为2.43%~3.82%,检测限(S/N=3)为0.002μg/mL。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于红毛丹中三氟氯氰菊酯的测定。
To determinate the residual cyhalothrin in rambutan,a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) method was established.Cyhalothrin was analyzed using a RP-HPLC system equipped with Shim-pack VP-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),MeOH∶H2O(75∶25,V/V) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min.The isolated gradient was detected at 223 nm.The results showed that the method had good linear relationship in the range of 0.068~7.201 μg/mL(R2=0.999 8).The average recoveries were 97.85%~100.42% with RSD of 2.43%~3.82%.The detection limit was 0.002 μg/mL(S/N=3).This method is sensitive,convenient,accurate and reproducible for determining the residual cyhalothrin in rambutan.
