摘要
将长株潭城市群创新系统划分为三个子系统,并以生态创新理念为导向构建了评价系统发展协调性的指标体系,基于协调度模型测度了子系统发展的有序性与系统发展的整体协调性。研究表明:各子系统的资源消耗较严重,创新产出效率不理想;各子系统的创新在促进生态改善方面初见成效但离两型社会内在要求尚有相当差距;各子系统发展的有序度相对较高但系统整体协调度欠缺。研究结果可为政府相关协调机构改善创新决策提供有价值的借鉴和参考。
The "Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan" city cluster innovation system is divided into three subsystems,and in accordance with the ecological innovation theory,evaluation index system of innovation system coordination is established.The subsystem development order degree and system overall coordination is measured based on synergy degree model.Results show that resource consumption is much serious and innovation output efficiency in every subsystem is not ideal.To some extent,the innovation in every subsystem has contributed to ecological and life improvement,but there is still a big gap in contrast with the internal requirements of "resource-saving and environment-friendly society".The order degree of subsystem development is relatively high,but system overall coordination is insufficient.The results can provide some reference for relevant government coordination organization to improve innovation decision-making.
