The relationship between oxidized low-density lipoprotein/β_2-glycoprotein Ⅰ complexes and atherosclerosis under the background of autoimmune

摘要 在动脉粥样硬化发展过程中,动脉内膜上形成的oxLDL/β2GPⅠ复合物可以释放到循环血液中。在SLE、APS等自身免疫疾病中,可以检测到抗oxLDL/β2GPⅠ复合物的自身抗体,与动脉血栓的形成有高度相关性。本文就自身免疫疾病背景下,对oxLDL/β2GPⅠ复合物的存在、生物学功能及其与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展进行综述。 In atherosclerosis development process,oxLDL/β2-GPI complexes on arterial intima will release into the circulation of blood.In patients with SLE,APS or other autoimmune diseases,autoantibodies to oxLDL/β2-GPI complexes could be detected and have high correlation with arterial thrombosis.Based on the background of autoimmune disease,the existence of oxLDL/β2-GPI complexes,as well as its relationship with atherosclerosis are summarized in this paper.
